When you make a booking through Space Mates, you benefit from our money-back guarantee. As a valued Space Mates Renter, you will receive a full reimbursement if the concern is reported within 24 hours of the booking confirmation and:
- The space is unavailable at the agreed-upon date and time, or
- There is a substantial error in the address or description of the space.
To report any issues, please reach out to us at hello@space-mates.com.au Include a thorough description of the problem, and if available, attach photographic evidence, receipts, or statutory declarations. We will assess your eligibility for a refund. Upon approval, the refund will be transferred to your bank account within 5-7 business days.
Please be aware of the following:
- Removalist fees, alternative parking or transport costs, towing charges, and any fines are not covered by the money-back guarantee.
- Issues not mentioned above, are not eligible for our money-back guarantee.
- Your reported issue will be verified with the host.
